Bluetouch Ventures are an inventive and innovative property and construction company operating in the North-West residential property market.
Founded in 2015, Bluetouch continues to successfully carry out a wide range of projects across the North-West of England and now possesses a core team with over 60 years’ industry experience and strong working relationships with quality & reliable tradesmen, professionals and contractors.
We have also acted as introducer and facilitator for a number of developments. We use our knowledge and understanding of banking and specialist property related finance to create innovative financial packages enabling some of our clients to carry out projects that would otherwise be unavailable to them.
